These terms apply to your use of tomsridickulousthings.com and to purchases from Toms RiDICKulous Things Corporation ("we", "us"), based in Aurora, Ontario, Canada. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Products
We do our best to show products accurately. Because our products are made and finished by hand, small variations in finish and colour are normal. Our riding chicken stands are novelty cooking accessories: use them as described, follow safe food-handling practices, and always cook poultry to a safe internal temperature (165°F / 74°C).
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but you pay the price shown when you place your order. Payment is taken when you order.
Shipping
We offer free shipping to the USA and Canada; delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers. Any customs duties or import fees are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns, refunds and warranty

Safe use
Hot cooking equipment is hot. Use oven mitts, supervise children around the grill, and never leave a lit grill or smoker unattended. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse of our products.
Intellectual property
The site's content, designs, product names and images belong to Toms RiDICKulous Things Corporation. The chicken's sunglasses are trademarked (USPTO Reg. No. 6292822). Don't test us.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
