Lifetime warranty

Every riding chicken stand is made from top-grade, food-safe stainless steel and is built to last. If your stand ever fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship, we'll repair or replace it, for as long as you own it.

The warranty doesn't cover normal wear and discolouration from cooking, damage from misuse, accidents or modifications, or lost sunglasses (the chicken's, not yours).

Laugh-or-money-back guarantee

These stands are supposed to be fun. If yours doesn't get a laugh, let us know and we'll make it right.

How to make a claim

1. Email tom@tomsridickulousthings.com with your order number (or where you bought it) and a description of the problem.
2. Include a photo or two so we can see what's going on.
3. We'll reply with next steps, usually a replacement or instructions for sending it back.

Damaged in shipping?

If your order arrives damaged, email us with photos of the item and packaging and we'll sort it out.
